Pourquoi "Nobody's Perfect" comme nom de marque pour nos vins mono-cépages de Muscadelle, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon et Chardonnay biologiques?
On pourrait facilement se demander pourquoi une certaine entreprise bien connue a appelé son premier ordinateur personnel un « Apple Mackintosh », qui, si l'on y réfléchit, signifie littéralement « imperméable à pomme »; alors qu'y a-t-il dans un nom?
"Personne n'est parfait" signifie simplement que nous prenons la création des vins au sérieux, sans nous prendre trop au sérieux.
Ok, nous avouons ... nous sommes des REBELLES!

My beliefs as a winemaker are that my wines should express the quality, the nose, and taste of each varietal grape from which the wine is made, so that fruit and alcohol are in harmony.
I apply the same processes in creating our organic grape juice, so that the true nature of the Sauvignon Blanc grape can be enjoyed as nature intended.
