Since moving to the Château in 2012 to begin our journey, it's been an absolute rollercoaster of jobs and challenges and emotions.

We are amazingly grateful to all the friends and family that have given up their holidays to don the gardening gloves, grab the secateurs, and help us out in the fields and cellar in Bordeaux making our organic wine.

We've also been privileged to accept students from Plumpton College's wine making courses, the college where Dawn herself studied.  As much as we hope they've learned a huge amount of practical knowledge, we've loved their company, their fresh ideas and, of course, their effort and energies around the vineyard!

Making wine is not just a labour of love, it's many labours throughout the year!  We wouldn't swap it for the world.  We feel so much closer to our friends, family, and the nature around us after these amazing years and experiences.  If the future holds anything similar to the last few years, it's going to be a hell of a ride!!
