Appearance - Pale gold, Clear and Bright, gentle continuous mousse
Nose - notes of melon, green apple & warm citrus
Palette - Explosion of fruits, well balanced acidity, soft subtle mousse, full bodied, satsuma & passion fruit in the forefront, hints of biscuit, leading into a long finish of pink grapefruit
